BSI is monitoring and preparing for any potential interruption to our business operations. BSI has implemented our work from home policy beginning Tuesday, March 17th. We want to assure all of our clients that we are prepared to continue to handle your coverage placement, claims handling, and servicing needs now and as the public health concerns continue to develop.
In addition to the health and safety of our professionals and those around us, our focus is to continue service to our clients. We have taken steps to insure can continue to deliver a level of quality, excellence, and timeliness you are accustomed to during these unique circumstances. BSI has activated our internal Business Continuity Plan to be certain there is no impact to our level of service. As part of that plan, our office will be closed, however our entire staff is prepared to work remotely. It is our goal that you experience no interruption in communication and service with BSI as a result.
